1. Service Presentation

Displex is a SaaS digital signage solution that transforms any screen into a remotely controllable digital display. With our physical or virtual players, users can manage and schedule their content (images, videos, playlists) via an intuitive interface.

The platform offers flexible scheduling for content display, ideal for in-store advertising or internal communication. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access Displex features, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account.

3. Service Usage

Displex allows you to manage and schedule content distribution on physical or virtual screens. You are responsible for the content you upload and distribute. It is strictly prohibited to use the service to distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.

You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.

4. Intellectual Property

Displex and all its elements (software, interface, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you distribute, but you grant Displex a non-exclusive license to use it within the scope of providing the service.

5. Liability Limitations

Displex commits to implementing all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, the service is provided "as is," and Displex cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service.

Furthermore, Displex cannot be held responsible for malfunctions related to physical players or the connection of screens used for content distribution.

6. Service and ToS Modification

Displex reserves the right to modify or suspend all or part of the service and these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the platform.

7. Personal Data Protection

The management of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Displex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of non-compliance with these ToS, particularly in the event of fraudulent or abusive use of the service. In case of termination, you will no longer be able to access the platform's features.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
