General Terms of Sale (GTS)

1. Preamble

These general terms of sale apply exclusively between SAS Displex, located at 36 rue de Grandvilliers, 60000 Beauvais, France, registered with the RCS of Beauvais under number 932 139 710, and any person visiting or making a purchase via our sites:

2. Purpose

These terms define the sales conditions between Displex and the customer, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed on the sites displex.app or my.displex.app. The ordering process includes product selection, cart validation, identification, payment choice, and final order confirmation.

4. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the specific product pages on the site. Displex takes great care in the presentation and description of products to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to customers.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and are exclusive of taxes. Displex reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force indicated at the time of the order.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. Payments can be made by credit card via Stripe or other secure means.

7. Delivery

SaaS subscriptions are accessible immediately via a user account upon payment validation. For physical players, delivery details will be provided by email and in the 'My Orders' section of the user's dashboard.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw after receiving a physical good. For SaaS subscriptions, no refund is possible after immediate activation.

9. Warranties and Liabilities

Displex respects the legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects. Physical products benefit from a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity from delivery.

10. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms of sale is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

11. Changes to the GTS

Displex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The new GTS will apply to sales made after the modification.

12. Refund and Return Policy

SaaS subscriptions, activated immediately after payment validation, are non-refundable. For physical players, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the product.
